The Hofstede Model in Czech Republic Acording to  Czech Culture at 57 Czech scores relatively medium on the scale of Power Distance , so It's a society that believes tha the inequalities amongs people are simply  a fact of life. With more than the half  score of 58  in Individualism , Czech culture are relatively  individualism. At 57 of Masculinity  shows as a high success oriented and driven country.
