With more than the half score of 58 in Individualism, Czech culture are relatively individualism.
At 57 of Masculinity shows as a high success oriented and driven country. Czech Republic are competitive and status- oriented.
Czech Republic scored a very high 74 in Uncertain Avoidance. They generally exhibit a willingness to realise their impulse and desires with regard to enjoying life having fun.
At a high score of 70 Long Term Orientation, the Czech are prepared for the future through thrift and efforts in education.
With low score 29 in Indulgence, they control their desires through strict social norms

Some of these score shock me like PDI and MAS because I considered that czech republic for be big country and they don't accept social inqualites but the true is opossite and are Masculinity I thought that they are aware more for the consensus and modesty.

In comparison with Hofstede model in colombia figure 2. Czech are more individualism and they are more prepare for the future in term of LTO and also Colombians show to seek gratification and pleasure more than czech.
