The Skinhead Subculture in the Czech Republic The skinhead scene in the CzechRepublic is characterised by disunity, caused by political orientation and the engagements of its various supporters, who identify either with:(a) the extreme right (National Socialism), (b) the traditional current(patriotism and the classic themes of the original skinhead subculture),or (c) the extreme left (Trotskyism, communism, and anarchist or ‘au-tonomist’ currents). The Hofstede Model in Czech Republic Acording to  Czech Culture at 57 Czech scores relatively medium on the scale of Power Distance , so It's a society that believes tha the inequalities amongs people are simply  a fact of life. With more than the half  score of 58  in Individualism , Czech culture are relatively  individualism. At 57 of Masculinity  shows as a high success oriented and driven country. Czech Republic are competitive and status- oriented. Czech Republic scored a very high 74  in Uncertain Avoidance . They generally exhibit a willingness to realise their impulse and desires with regard to enjoying life having fun. At a high score of 70 Long Term Orientation , the Czech are prepared for the future through thrift and efforts in education.
